Privacy policy

1. Information we collect
When you submit a request, the handler receives your name, phone, optional email, city and project details, including any room or Timeline prefix you choose. It adds a server date and time and identifies the referring domain. The browser prepares business phone, source and UTM fields; the supplied handler does not forward those attribution fields or capture a full source-page URL. The hosting provider may record IP addresses and request information in its own logs. Do not send payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through this form.
2. How information is used
We use inquiry information to reply, prepare estimates, arrange site visits, coordinate installation and contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Timeline choices are planning information, not a confirmed reservation. The Timeline calculates entirely in your browser and sends nothing until you submit the form.
3. Cookies and technologies
Our own sessionStorage keeps the phone-number source and UTM values for this browsing session. Storage access is guarded so the site still works when storage is unavailable. The Google Maps embed loads when its map comes into view and may collect information under Google’s policies. Google Tag Manager/Analytics and Trustindex are marked configuration slots in this version, not active tracking or fabricated reviews. If the operator enables them, their cookies, providers and purposes must be reflected here.
5. How we protect your information
The deployment redirects to HTTPS/TLS. The handler validates required text lengths, phone format and email syntax and escapes notification content; cURL uses its normal TLS certificate-verification defaults for encrypted delivery to the messaging API. Apache rules deny public access to CSV, log and dotfiles. The supplied handler itself does not create lead CSV files or enforce staff access controls; the operator must secure hosting and messaging accounts, restrict staff access and apply data minimization. No site can guarantee absolute security. We will provide breach notification when required by applicable law, including California Civil Code section 1798.82.
6. Retention
The business retention policy is to retain inquiry information for up to 24 months unless a shorter period is requested or longer retention is needed for legal obligations, disputes or an active job. This PHP file does not automate deletion from messaging or any downstream system. The operator must implement the stated schedule in those systems and hosting logs.
7. Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, or to opt out of further nonessential contact. We aim to respond within 45 days, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. Some information may need to be retained for an active project or legal obligation. You can block browser storage or third-party embeds through your browser settings; the basic form and content remain available.
8. California privacy rights
Where the CCPA/CPRA applies, California residents may have rights to know and access information, delete or correct it, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and receive equal service when exercising a right. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the form does not request sensitive personal information. These disclosures do not claim that the business meets every statutory applicability threshold. Contact us to exercise a relevant right or use an authorized agent as allowed by law.
9. Do Not Track
There is no special response mechanism to browser Do Not Track signals in this static site. The marked GTM/Analytics and review loaders are inactive until configured. The operator should reassess this disclosure and honor applicable privacy choices, including legally required opt-out preference signals, if tracking technologies are added.
10. Calls and text messages
If you ask us to contact you, communications relate to the inquiry or job. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance, or contact us directly. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services, and this form does not create a recurring promotional texting subscription.
11. Children and third-party links
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so it can be addressed. Maps, profile links and any enabled third-party widgets have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for those independent sites.
12. Changes and contact
This policy may change when site technology or business practices change. The updated date will identify the current version. For questions or requests, contact Los Angeles Tile Installer at (213) 325-3935, [email protected], or 3020 Old Ranch Pkwy, Seal Beach, CA 90740.
